Extra Credit Assignment

The extra credit assignment is comprised of three separated assignments. First, it is a five page multiple choice filled with questions that I believe are slightly harder than the AP. It has the word "national" at the bottom of the page. The next section is a multiple choice set that is at the same level as or easier than the AP. It is called the "local" exam. Finally, there are a bunch of Part 2 questions.

This assignment is intended to be preparation for the midterm. You should be able to do all of the problems listed below WITHOUT notes.

For section 1 (national): only do the following questions: 2,3,5,6,8,9,12-15,17-19,21,23,37,43-53,55,56

For section 2 (local): only do the following questions: 1,4,6-8,10-22,37-39,43-47,49-54,59

Please do all of the short answer questions.

Note, extra credit will be obtained by trying EVERY question and showing work on all problems, including, where warrented, the multiple choice.

My guess is it will take about 10 hrs. I am not sure what day I will check it; assume 1/4/10.
